Well this should be quite interesting to see.While ambitions and ideas look sound,however based on your prior custumer surpport track record wouldn't you and others feel that it should become your number one priority?
Maybe we need to take a stroll back through the site and re-visit may of the paying fustrated and unhappy custumers along with protental custumers that have to pretty much fight for there request and already promised material in a un-organized timely fasion.
Now i don't want to rain on the party here for with all due respect...the designs and designers along with the coders indeed transpire to outstanding work a cut above the rest,but the support lacks in every aspect!Nothing worst than a paying custumer that can't get the results in a timeframe outlined by the deadlines set by oneself!So now you want to become a somewhat of a middleman and capitalize off the rest of the starving designers and coders?
