I'm not too sure why I'm even posting this(Guess i hate to see talent go wasted & un-noticed properly)so I just want to post a few pointers if I may.I mean what could i know...I've only got five successful sites running and somewhere around 1.7 million registered users, with 70% active users. The sad part is in the pre-sales area right here...you had a chance to sell me your products which would have exposed your work to people that are looking for quality workmanship!

The point is simple...ONE single custumer is lost revenue which could be the protential door to other custumers.People around you suffer because of shady decision making!Set a time frame for your sales & reponds. and stick to it.(10AM to 4PM example)If you state that something will be ready in a certian timeframe...live by it!(No song and dance)If your chopping out some of your work and you made a commitment to the buyer...make sure you meet it!Regardless of what the excuse is!

Do what you do best!If designing your talent let it shine...don't waste your time and talent in other areas...Trust me...the rest will come!Look I realize we all go through challenges in life which just sometimes never pan out in our favor...but don't hide behind them!

Xtrato...(your a diamond in the rough)but do yourself a favor...take a good long look in the mirror and realize how long you being in the same groove here!I understand great talent is hard to come by...and it becomes even more challenging when you have to teach them plus try to live up to your full protential...but it the road you chose!

Good Luck!
