It’s a good theme but the background looks dull with all the work you did on the blocks and the background being just one plain solid color it looks empty to me.

Ya I kinda thought about that too. Maybe I will redo the theme and add a pattern to the background or something.

When you let music play in your intro, make a button that can stop the music playing. Its kinda annoying when I play music myself another tune comes in from your site Could use more details too.

The theme itself looks nice, although it could be alot more. The part of the header that says Xipher Designs could have some sort of render in it or something, because now it just looks way too empty.
I think it would be better if the 'Site News' icons would be placed in the left side of the text, not on top of it.

But the rest is good, keep it up.

Really nice splash, theme and all but i found 1 thing you should change asap.
The FireFox logo is a Trademark.
You are only allowed to use it if you link it to their website but you use it as Weblinks icon on your footer.
Thats just a tip from me ;)
Rest looks pretty nice and i really like this community.
